Katharina has been employed in the ZIMMERs office since mid-2011.


 

Having already chosen ZIMMERs for the last part of her Rechtsreferendariat (equivalent to training contract), she started working for ZIMMERs in June 2011. She studied Law at the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich. She completed her first state examination in 2009. In 2011 she took her second state examination (equivalent to bar examination) at the Higher Regional Court in Munich, specialising in advocacy. While she was studying and during her Rechtsreferendariat (equivalent to training contract) she was employed by the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Social Law in Munich as a (student) research assistant. Her work was mainly concerned with Sports Law.

 

She was admitted to the Law Society of Munich in January 2012 as German Rechtsanwaeltin. Since October 2015 she has also been admitted as Solicitor of England and Wales.

At ZIMMERs Katharina primarily handles cases regarding Contract Law. Employment Law, Sale of Goods and Tenancy Law, as well as Sports Law, are at the centre of all contractual matters.
