She studied Greek Law at Democritus University of Thrace from 2012 to 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She then worked as a trainee lawyer for two years at Eleftherios Vlachogiannis Law Firm in Athens, where she focused on civil law, civil and commercial litigation and insolvency law. In 2018, she completed the state bar examination and she has been admitted to Kalamata’s Bar Association as a Greek Lawyer.

She then continued her postgraduate studies in German Law at the University of Bonn (LL.M. in German Law). Focus of her studies was civil and corporate law. She completed her Master of Laws degree in 2020 with summa cum laude.

Foteini was admitted as a Solicitor to the SRA on in April 2023 and is awaiting her practising certificate.
